It’s official ALL the rest of the windows are getting DONE – the basement bedroom windows were put in last week as well as the OVER SIZED Doggy Door – now all the rest main floor ones will be done by Tuesday night ~ BUG thanks to Mortgage Broker Amber Moser for letting us know that windows could be added to a new mortgage (mortgage plus enhancements)
I was a little skeptical about dealing with the big banks not understanding how hard I could push them on rates etc. so I reached out to Amber, she was excellent to deal with – my time line was extremely tight and she was still able to get me organized properly with the right mortgage and an excellent rate.
